Did you know that we work with an Amish Family and several local farmers to raise beef and gmo-free meats for our sausage? Well, its true. 

OUR MEAT SAUSAGE

1. #handcrafted from locally sourced livestock and gmo-free pork

2. freshly processed, and aged specifically for our frankfurters and sausage.

THEIR MEAT SAUSAGE

1. Industrially processed scraps of leftover meat from Industrially "farming" operations.

2. Butcher shop sausage is usually made from ground, nearly spoiled meat that can no longer be sold over the counteras a steak or roast.

The Industrial Beef practice of Concentrated Feedlots is catastrophic to cattle, the environment, and ultimately, to our health. In addition to the widespread use of hormones, antibiotics, and genetically modified feed, the nitrogen-rich waste runoff from these operations finds its way into our waterways helping to create "deadzones".

"Deadzones" are areas of ocean that are unable to support normal levels of life because of nitrogen rich clouds from industrial runoff and sewage. Learn more here
